Watch Jimmy Fallon Put on Surgical Mask, Hand Sanitizer for Hillary Clinton Interview
Late night host Jimmy Fallon wasn't taking any chances with Hillary Clinton and her health.
Hillary Clinton's pneumonia episode became the obvious opener for Jimmy Fallon's interview with the Democratic nominee on "The Tonight Show" Monday night.
As Fallon welcomed Clinton, he put on a surgical mask while saying, "It's great to have you here." Fallon doused himself in hand sanitizer after she high-fived him, while laughing at his joke: "I’m not contagious," Clinton added, "just for your information."
Clinton said she was feeling much better after finally taking the rest her doctor ordered.

"I’m used to just getting up and powering through it, and that’s what I thought I could do. Turns out I couldn’t."
Fallon asked her whether she dreamed of being president when she was a child.

"It wasn't even within the realm of the possible for little girls back then," she told the host. "That’s what's so exciting about this campaign." She added: "We have slowly but steadily knocked down all the barriers.
"Some people are not happy about the barriers being knocked down — your former guest, Donald Trump."
"He has refused to actually admit that Obama is an American and for five years he’s been hammering in this so-called birther movement, which I think is so sickening," Clinton continued. "He went after a distinguished federal judge because he was born in Indiana of Mexican heritage, called him a Mexican. He went after the Gold Star family whose son was heroically lost in Iraq because they’re Muslims."
Fallon also gave Clinton a bag that he said Trump left after appearing on Fallon's show last week.
It contained a framed photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin and a CD of Pink Floyd’s "The Wall" — "That's as close as he's going to get to the wall," said Clinton.
The bag also held a bag of softballs — a self-inflicted joke by Fallon, who was criticized for being too soft on Trump.
"Oh no, that was my gift to him," said Fallon. "That's what I gave him. I'll give them to you later in the evening."
