West Virginia Reporter Arrested Trying To Question Trump Officials
Health and Human Service Secretary Tom Price and White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway were in West Virginia to discuss opioids.

A reporter from West Virginia, trying to ask questions of Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price and Special Counsel to the President Kellyanne Conway, was arrested for doing his job Tuesday. Dan Heyman, a 54-year-old producer for Public News Service, was charged with willful disruption of governmental process, a misdemeanor.
It happened as the two officials were in town to discuss opioid addiction.

The complaint accuses Heyman of "aggressively breaching the Secret Service agents to the point where the agents were forced to remove him a couple of times from the area walking up the hallway in the main building of the Capitol."
In a press conference after he made bail, Heyman said he was asking Price if domestic violence would be considered a preexisting condition under the recently passed House Obamacare-replacement bill.

"First time I've ever been arrested for asking a question," he said. "First time I've ever heard of someone getting arrested for asking a question."
Heyman was released on $5,000 bail.
