Patch is launching a new community feature — Patch’s Local Athlete of the Week — and we want your help spotlighting the athletes who make your town proud.

Do you know a standout athlete who deserves a little extra recognition? They can be any age, from the tiniest beginners just finding their footing to high school, college or adult athletes giving it their all. What matters most isn’t just what happens on the field or court — it’s the character behind it.
