Braves rally from 13 down to beat Davis in basketball tournament
I've been a writer for ... a long time! My most recent sports writing experience came in Napa, Fairfield and with the Contra Costa Times. I've won writing awards in Southern California and in Northern California -- both in community newspapers and in metropolitan newspapers.
I'm a single father of four: aged 30, 28, 15 and 12. My 15-year-old son is a freshman student-athlete. My 12-year-old daughter is a singer/dancer/actor who has starred in regional theater for seven years. She's a seventh grader. I coach high school freshman boys basketball at a private school in Napa.
Looking forward to writing recreation, fitness and other stories that are too often overlooked.
