Court-Ordered Mentor Charged With Sex Abuse Of Minor: D.C. Police
A court-ordered mentor of a Washington, D.C., teen was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing the girl multiple times throughout July and August, police said. Police say Andrew Brooks, 28, of Indian Head, Md. drove he 14-year-old from her home to his home in Maryland "for the purpose of engaging in criminal sexual activity."
