Man Overdoses On Heroin In Taco Bell Drive-Thru: Police

STAFFORD, VA—A man overdosed on heroin Friday while in the drive-thru lane of a Taco Bell on Garrisonville Road, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Brian Tyler Edwards, 26, of Stafford, was revived when police gave him Narcan. He was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled paraphernalia.
