• Colorful car, flower photos win contests (nrvnews.com) — A Christiansburg car show helped produce one of the winning images in the Radford Photo Club's latest contest, where Fairlawn photographer Joseph Pack took top honors with a 1958 Lincoln Continental shot from that fundraiser. The club, which includes officer Chuck Lynch of Christiansburg, meets next on Sept. 24 at the Radford Public Library and welcomes photographers from across the New River Valley.
