Dog Rescued From Hot Vehicle: Police

A dog was left inside a vehicle with all the windows closed and the vehicle turned off Wednesday, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Police found the owner in a nearby store and issued a summons for improper care of a companion animal by owner.
