Fresh off their 4th National Group Tai Chi Championship in 4 years, Sun & Moon Taiji One will be hosting an Open House on Saturday, April 23rd from 7:55-8:55am just before the start of the Spring/Summer Season on May 2nd. The event will take place at the Falls Church location (Jhoon Rhee Tae Kwon Do, Falls Plaza Shopping Center, 1136 West Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046).

Taiji (Tai Chi) is a form of martial art, moving meditation, and low-impact exercise great for a wide range of ages and physical abilities. Classes are taught by Coaches Mickey Lee and Melody Lee, passionate teachers and accomplished international competitors who nurture a positive learning environment and camaraderie among students. Representative of the overall student body, the national title-winning team members range from age 23 to 86 years-young! With many students joining as a couple or pair of family members, the student body has become one big warm, extended family.
