Parents Stabbed By Son In Franconia Area: Police
Police have the adult son in custody after the stabbing.

FRANCONIA, VA—A man reportedly stabbed his parents in the Franconia area Tuesday morning, according to Fairfax County Police.
Officers responded to the 6000 block of Sweet Pea Court around 7 a.m. Police found a 64-year-old man and 54-year-old woman with upper body stab wounds. The two victims were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Their conditions have been updated to stable.
Police say the suspect is the victims' adult son and was having an argument with them. The man fled from the scene and was arrested shortly afterward by Virginia State Police and Fairfax County Police officers.

Rehan Khan, 25, of Alexandria, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding.
The incident was domestic, and there is no threat to the public.
