SPRINGFIELD, VA — Detectives made an arrest in the indecent liberties case involving a teenage boy in a Springfield Town Center bathroom on Aug. 14.

He was charged with indecent liberties with a minor and peeping. He is being held on a $10,000 bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

The incident happened in a Macy's bathroom at Springfield Center. According to police, a teen noticed two men looking in his bathroom stall, and one of them lowered his pants and began masturbating.
