• Second plan to add housing at Kingstowne Towne Center gets green light (ffxnow.com) — Kingstowne Towne Center is getting a major boost in housing, with Fairfax County supervisors approving a plan to convert a nine-story office building on Kingstowne Village Parkway into 280 apartments in two phases. Tenants will be relocated within the center as the project adds amenities like a fitness center and courtyard, bringing more residents to support local shops and services right in Kingstowne.
