The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning that includes the D.C. area and Northern Virginia, and they are calling for big snowfall totals. "Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are expected," the warning states. The warning lasts from 2 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
