• Truck crashes into Portsmouth apartment building, neighbors say (wavy.com) — Residents on County Street in Portsmouth were jolted Saturday night when a pickup truck slammed into a three-unit apartment building, causing major structural damage and forcing firefighters to rescue upstairs tenants by ladder. The building has now been declared unsafe to occupy, with public works crews preparing heavy equipment to clear debris while officials work on an official response.
