A 29-year-old bank teller named "Phelon" has pleaded guilty to a federal felony charge after he stole more than $185,000 from a homeless customer trying to deposit a huge sum of cash at a Wells Fargo branch in Georgetown, according to a report.

GMU Student Dies In Fall From Window, Drugs Suspected: School

A 19-year-old George Mason University sophomore was killed Saturday afternoon after falling from a fifth-story dormitory window, and the school said Sunday he reportedly may have been under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs. The student's name was not released.
