• East Mont Invitational 2026 (milesplit.com) — Cross-country runners from across the region converged on Camp Alto Mons in Shawsville yesterday, with Patrick Henry and Radford taking top varsity team honors while Eastern Montgomery and local rivals posted strong individual finishes. Shawsville Middle School boys and girls both fielded full teams, highlighted by several solid times that helped the boys place ninth and the girls sixth against deep competition.
