CALIFORNIA — This week in California business news: One Golden State restaurant has been hit with a fine due to a particular "stinky" dish, a study found California women earn 63 cents for every dollar earned by white men, and a BBQ truck carrying 50,000 pounds of meat caught fire, blocking a busy freeway.

Additionally, In-N-Out closed a Northern California location due to crime. Now, it's going to be replaced by another restaurant.
