- State Route 37 is now open in both directions from Novato to Vallejo, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Man Killed In Larkspur Crash Identified
- Marvin David Dubon-Nunez, 27, of Richmond, crashed into the back of a parked big-rig trailer.
- Gary Wild, 51, contacted San Rafael police Saturday and confessed to strangling the victim, who also was a transient, officials said.
San Rafael Man Arrested In Prostitution Sting
- Walter Horat, 49, was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of operating a house of prostitution and aiding in prostitution.
Marin County Hit-And-Run: Suspect Arrested; 4 Bicyclists Injured
- Aaron Paff, 21, of Novato, was arrested and booked into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, officials said.
