SOUTHINGTON, CT — The latest trek to a Hidden Gem in Hartford and Tolland Counties takes us to a quiet little corner of Southington and Paul Gregory's Bistro Cafe.

Paul Gregory's, located at Center St., takes America fare and adds its own flare.

A full breakfast menu features house-made corned beef hash and freshly baked breads and muffins (yes even the English muffins are homemade and there are gluten-free offerings). There is always a latte of the month.

The lunch menu features four categories – salads, sandwiches, burgers and flatboys (Paul's interpretation of pizza). All sandwich meats are roasted in-house and the poached chicken goes well with the signature salads.

Specials like dinner entrees, soups, sandwiches and themed meals are also featured and posted each week.
