A man at a Shaw Industries Plant in Cartersville has been pronounced dead after he was trapped in a machine Saturday afternoon. Bartow EMS spokesperson Brad Cothran said the patient, a male victim, "had no signs of life" by the time crews arrived. >>> Read more.

Ga. Deputy Accused of Sexually Assaulting Inmate

A Georgia sheriff's deputy has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting an inmate.
