Three people were arrested Saturday after a shooting at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover. Police said as a man left the Burlington Coat Factory store he was assaulted by numerous suspects, and the victim pulled out a handgun.

Two adults were hospitalized after a house fire broke out early Sunday, authorities said, and a dog was treated for smoke inhalation.
Hookah Smoking Device At Center Of $135K House Fire
One resident who was confined to a wheelchair had to be rescued from a home in Burtonsville, authorities said. A hookah smoking pipe is believed to have started a deck fire.
