MARYLAND — Good news stories in the past week include several counties sending search and rescue teams south to aid in Hurricane Dorian recovery, Bethesda chef Jose Andres has food kitchens operating in the Bahamas and Ocracoke Island after the storm, and Howard County will become one of the country's first bee cities.
