The host of the syndicated radio talk show “The Kane Show,” Peter Deibler of Rockville, was arrested Friday on charges he assaulted his estranged wife, according to court records.

Police are hunting for a man who reportedly tried to snatch a sleeping child from a bedroom via an unlocked window early Tuesday.
Prince George's County Police say the suspect was outside the home, while the youngster was inside sleeping in a bed. The child yelled and was able to scare off the suspect, who then ran away.»»»Read more.
Fallen Harford Deputies to Be Memorialized at Aberdeen IronBirds Game
New numbers will be painted on the field at Ripken Stadium this week for the Aberdeen IronBirds home opener against the Auburn Doubledays.
The badge numbers of Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey andDeputy First Class Mark Logsdon will be painted in the outfield, and they will remain there for the rest of the season to honor the two Harford County sheriff's deputies who died in the line of duty on Feb. 10. »»»Read more.

More Than 22K Without Power in Howard County After Storm
- Thousands of Howard County residents were in the dark after the storm blew through Tuesday afternoon. There were 22,719 people without power in Howard County as of 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to BGE.
