Woman With Priors Arrested On Trespass, Drug Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Joanne Walega, year of birth 1954, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on March 27, 2018, for simple assault after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Michelle L. Milbury, year of birth 1988, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on March 27, 2018, for criminal trespass, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and a bench warrant. Officers were sent to an apartment on Warren Street for a report of a domestic disturbance between two women and a man. When they arrived, there were no signs of a disturbance and all parties denied any issues. While there, a woman – Milbury – reportedly came out of a bathroom and officers questioned her. Dispatch reported that she had a warrant, $500 cash, out of Concord District Court. Milbury was also previously trespassed from the address, according to dispatch. She was arrested and transported to police headquarters. During processing, police allegedly found her to be in possession of Gabapentin, a prescription drug that she didn’t have a prescription for, according to an affidavit. Milbury was held without bail and arraigned the next day.

Sean B. Downs, year of birth 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for loitering and disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Rex Drive.

Kylie A. Stillwell, year of birth 1995, of Martinson Lane in Allenstown, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images after an alleged incident at Royal Gardens in Concord.

Johnathan A. Evans, year of birth 1990, of in Concord, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on March 26, 2018, for criminal mischief-vandalism. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Dollar Tree on Loudon Road.
