Perps With Priors Picked Up On More Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Taylor L. Wilkins, year of birth 1995, upper left, of Federal Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:36 a.m. on Oct. 21, 2017, for violation of probation or parole, falsifying physical evidence, possession of controlled drugs, a bench warrant, and another warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Federal Street.

Francis D. Plourde, year of birth 1966, of Borough Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on Oct. 21, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated on Chenell Drive near the U.S. Post Office.

Timiah L. Wilkins, year of birth 1997, upper right, of Federal Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2017, for criminal liability for the conduct of another after an alleged incident on Storrs Street at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet.

Kurt A. Smith, year of birth 1968, of Partridge Road in Concord, received a summons at 6 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2017, for unauthorized use of firearms after an alleged incident on Partridge Road.

Jacob A. Ellsworth, year of birth 1997, lower right, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Rolfe Park.
