Concord Woman Indicted On Knife Threat Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Chichester man accused of sharing sex video without consent; woman indicted on drug-prison smuggling scheme; and drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — Mark G. Lepine, 53, of East High Street in Franklin, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on March 31, in Franklin.
James Merchant, 34, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. On Dec. 5, 2018, in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, he's accused of striking another prisoner in the face and body.
Travis Morgan, 26, pictured lower center, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony bail jumping charge on Aug. 18, 2017. He's accused of failing to show up at the Merrimack County House of Corrections for a nine month sentence after being convicted in court on a charge.

Michelle L. Milbury, 31, lower left, of Airport Road in Concord, on two felony criminal threatening counts. She's accusedof pointing a knife at a woman and man in Bow on March 21.
Larz R. Menard, 20, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 15, 2018, in Concord.

Michael J. Martel Jr., 30, upper left, of Chichester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge. On Nov. 20, 2018, in Bow, he's accused of purposely disseminating a video of a person engaged in a sexual act who had not consented to the video being shared with others.
Brian McCombs II, 26, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charges from April 9, at the Kohl's in Hookset. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft charges.
Jason McGill, 37, upper right, of Concord and/or Henniker, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge from April 7, on Route 114 in Henniker after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Patrick J. McDonald, 26, of Sanborn Street in Laconia, on felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and operating while deemed a habitual offender charges on New Hampton Road in Franklin on Feb. 17. Previously, according to the indictment, McDonald was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in October 2015, in Belknap County Superior Court.
Jessica Michaud, 36, upper center, of Bog Road in Concord, on felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners. Between Jan. 1, and Feb. 15, she is accused of agreeing with Rebekah Foster and Daniel Knowlton to smuggle drugs into the New Hampshire Prison for Men in Concord.
