Concord Woman Accused Of Biting Man During Assault Incident
Report: Michelle Milbury was arrested twice in May. Bow police also arrested her on felony criminal threatening deadly weapons charges.

CONCORD, NH — A local woman with a history of criminal charges is in more trouble after allegedly biting a man on Airport Road last month, according to police and court documents. Michelle Milbury, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on May 5, 2019, on an assault charge, and May 12, on a breach of bail charge. Officers, according to a court affidavit, were called to Airport Road for a report of a disturbance at around 11:30 p.m. on May 11.
When they arrived, they spoke with Milbury in the driveway of a residence and a male victim on the front steps. The officer asked Milbury "several times" what happened and she refused to answer but, later, said there was a verbal argument about "nothing" and "that was all." When asked where she was staying, the reporting officer alleged that Milbury "was unaware of what day it was." She did, however, acknowledge that she was arrested for allegedly biting the male victim the week before, according to the report.
The reporting officer spoke to the victim and he stated that Milbury was out on bail and those bail conditions required that she have no contact with him. The officer checked the bail order and confirmed that Milbury was not to have contact with the victim or be within 300 feet of him. The officer asked her about the bail order and whether or not she recalled speaking with the bail commissioner who probably explained the conditions.
