‘Free the Nipple’ Activist Indicted on Gun Charge: Court Roundup

A Rochester man was indicted on meth, false report, after Amherst incident; a woman was indicted for stabbing, slashing an intimate partner.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.

Ginger Pierro, 28, pictured upper right, of Highland Road in Grafton, for handgun carrying without a license-subsequent and bail jumping, both felonies. On Sept. 22, 2016, she was allegedly carrying a loaded revolver in a fanny pack without a license. On Dec. 1, 2016, she allegedly failed to appear. Pierro, a “free the nipple” activist, according to press reports, was previously convicted of the same offense in May 2015 in Hooksett District Court.

Torrin Radcliffe, 28, pictured lower right, of Legacy Drive in Hooksett, for felony domestic violence-simple assault. On Oct. 6, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly threatened to use a deadly weapon – a knife – against an intimate partner, stating, “I’m going to stab you in the eye with that knife,” or words to the effect, according to the indictment.

Luis Ramos Torres, pictured upper right, 25 of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, with intent to dispense, and possession of a controlled drug-Tramadol, all felonies, allegedly on Oct. 14, 2016, in Manchester.

Pablo I. Rodriguez, 34, pictured upper center, of Cilley Road in Manchester, for felony burglary, for allegedly entering an occupied structure on Sept. 19, 2016, in Manchester.

Jose Rosario, 26, pictured center right, of Wellington Terrace in Manchester, for drug enterprise leader, a felony. In April 2015, in Manchester, he allegedly conspired with Jonathan Morillo De Jesus to engage in for profit violations of controlled drug act laws in New Hampshire involving Oxycodone, according to the indictment.

Keith Samson, 28, pictured lower left, of Hanson in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and false report to law enforcement. On Oct. 9, 2016, in Amherst, he allegedly gave a false name and birth date to an officer.

Kori Schlieder, 42, pictured lower center, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly on Sept. 28, 2016, in Manchester.

Larry Schultz, 59, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly on Oct. 12, 2016, in Manchester, involving two Shop Vacs from LeBlanc’s Hardware. Schultz was previously convicted of theft twice before, according to the indictment.

Rodney Scudder, 60, of Wilcox Avenue in Meriden, CT, for four counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On Aug. 22, 2016, he allegedly stole a 3TB Time Capsule and a Bluetooth golf sensor from the Apple Store in Manchester. On Aug. 27, he allegedly stole Bose headphones from the Apple store, and on Oct. 22, he allegedly stole a bicycle GPS from the Apple store. Scudder has previously been convicted of theft twice before.

Jessica Sederquest, 35, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception, both felonies. In July 2016, in Manchester, she allegedly retained jewelry valued at more than $1,500.

Colleen Smith, 30, of Warren Avenue in Manchester, for two felony counts of public welfare prohibited act. Between April and July 2014, in Manchester, she allegedly obtained cash and medical assistance benefits that she was not entitled to due to intentionally misrepresented that her husband was not residing with her, according to the indictment.
