Hillsboro Woman Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Homeless man indicted for selling fatal fentanyl dose; man accused of theft from town of Mont Vernon vehicles; felons face firearms charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Michael Fleet, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on sale of fentanyl-death resulting, sale of fentanyl, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, falsifying physical evidence, theft by deception, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling fentanyl that killed another person on Sept. 25, 2022, in Manchester. Between Sept. 25, and Sept. 26, 2022, he was accused of altering his Facebook messenger log with the person who died to impair an investigation. Fleet was accused of stealing a Honda CR-V in Manchester and possessing a stolen TD Bank credit card and purchasing gift cards worth $156.85 at Rite Aid on Oct. 14, 2022. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges. On Nov. 22, 2022, Fleet was accused of possessing a knife in Manchester.

Debra Gee, 54, of East Washington Road in Hillsboro on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. She was accused of sexually assaulting a child repeatedly in Hillsboro between Sept. 24, 2013, and Sept. 24, 2018.

Sean Gerber, 39, of Kennedy Drive in Nashua on theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items and cash from several town of Mont Vernon vehicles and rummaging through vehicles in an attempt to steal items on Sept. 17, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Jonathan Gilman, 33, of Eastgate Way in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack methamphetamine, possession of trenbolone ethanthate, and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing stolen Glock Model 43 and Sig Sauer P320X5 pistols, stolen out of Manchester, as well as the drugs between Sept. 15, and Sept. 23, 2022.

Dennis Higgins, 57, of Casalis Road in Peterborough on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon — a double-bladed dagger, on Aug. 31, 2022, in Manchester.

Abshir I. Ibrahim, 25, of Union Street in Manchester on four felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a person and striking two people with a baseball bat on Nov. 7, 2022, in Manchester.

Nicholas P. Knee, 40, of Broad Street in Hollis on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force to commit a theft by striking a woman several times, pulling her from a vehicle, and stealing cash from her on Nov. 21, 2022, in Manchester.

Adam Kulas, 40, of Beechstone in Portsmouth on felonious use of a firearm, possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, receiving stolen property-firearm, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen Sig Sauer P229 pistol while involved in drug dealing and being a felon due to a prior conviction in Massachusetts on May 6, 2022, in Manchester.
