Manchester Felon Indicted On Crack Sale, Gun Charges: Court Roundup

Man accused of punching, breaking woman's nose; Suncook woman indicted on drug, gun charges; homeless man indicted on vandalism charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Travis Bolding, 37, of Amory Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; act prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 7 in Manchester.

Christopher Bourgeois, 37, of Hackett Hill Road in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of punching an intimate partner in the face and breaking her nose on April 20 in Manchester.

Ian Branco, 23, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 3 in Manchester.

Franklin Cafmeyer, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony possession of heroin-fentanyl charge on Sept. 13, 2023, in Manchester.

Osvaldo Cancela Rivera, 39, of Silver Street in Manchester, on two felony reckless conduct charges. On April 12, he drove off while a police officer’s arm was still in Rivera’s vehicle, dragging the officer in Manchester, according to the indictment.

Nicole Capone, 39, of Beech Street in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on May 3 in Manchester.

Elizabeth Chambers, 33, of Leo Street in Sanford, Maine, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Manchester on Feb. 23.

Javonnie Chambers, 27, of Nashua Street in Manchester, on illegal sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, felonious use of a firearm, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm. The sale charge was from an incident on Feb. 29 in Manchester, while the other charges stem from an incident on May 30 in Manchester.

Katy Christiansen, 34, of Bush Avenue in Suncook, on possession of fentanyl and felonious use of a firearm on Jan. 29 in Manchester.

Jacob Comeau, 23, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine, possession of buprenorphine, and four possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, in Manchester on Feb. 20, April 15, May 3, and May 16.

Christopher Cooper, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 20 in Manchester.

Seth Cormier, 23, of Belmont Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 18 in Manchester.

Quinn Corriveau, 40, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of throwing a backpack at another person’s vehicle in Manchester on April 8, causing more than $1,500 in damage.
