Queen City Man Arrested On Aggravated DWI, Child Endangerment Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jason C. Decato, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 8:02 a.m. on July 28, 2023, on violation of protective order and stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident on Wentworth Avenue.

Christopher M. Cooper, 25, of Concord was arrested at 3 a.m. on July 28 on two warrants. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Cooper faces a violation of probation accusation after pleading guilty to a receiving stolen property charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2022.

Cassie L. Marcoux, born 1981, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 2:08 a.m. on July 28 after an incident on the Storrs Street area of Eagle Square.

Wuor Abiel Akol, born 2002, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 8:38 p.m. on July 27 after an incident on North State Street.

Anthony Glenn Sanborn, 41, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 7:17 p.m. on July 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 15 Manchester St.

Leonard William Fournier, born 1965, of Middletown, Connecticut, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. on July 27 on false imprisonment, obstruct report of crime or injury, and two simple assault charges after an incident on Old Suncook Road.

William Leroy Vinal, 54, of Concord was cited on a bench warrant at 1:56 a.m. on July 27 after an incident at 62 Basin St.

Devin E. Valenzuela, 31, of Bonney Road in Sumner, Maine, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on July 14 on felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+ and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Shell gas station on Loudon Road across from Walmart. Valenzuela was arrested again at 7:50 p.m. on felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, conduct after an accident, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as an abandoning a vehicle violation. He was arrested after an incident on Penacook Street.

Zachary Alan Austin, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on July 13 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Terrance J. Portinari, 24, of Manchester was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on July 12 on aggravated driving while intoxicated and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Jonathan Michael Shaw, 28, of Concord was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on July 12 on two aggravated felonious sexual assault, two felonious sexual assault, and two endangering the welfare of a child charges, all felonies. Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 22, of Concord was cited at 12:45 p.m. on July 12 on false report to law enforcement, expectoration, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at the Equality Health Center on South Main Street.

Ryan Joseph Solan, 41, of Concord was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on July 12 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 11 Merchants Way.
