Nashua Man Indicted On Strangulation Charge: Court Roundup

Plus: Merrimack sex offender accused of failing to register; man indicted on mugging, cocaine charge; and man indicted on firearm charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Mikel Azar, 41, of Market Street in Billerica, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 29, 2019, in Nashua.

Gerald Bandieri, 37, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, on a felony duty to report charge. He's accused of failing to register his residential location with Merrimack police on June 26.

Jason Beaulieu, pictured upper middle, 27, of Pleasant Street in Nashua, on robbery and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, both felonies. He's accused of mugging a man, grabbing him from behind and stealing his iPhone in Nashua on Sept. 24. The drug charge is from an incident on Oct. 3.

Dylin Bohan, lower right, 23, of Eighth Street in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of meth and attempt to commit to crime of falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He's accused of throwing a bag of meth on the ground in an effort to conceal it from police on Aug. 31 in Nashua.

Jeffrey Boss, 34, of Oakland Avenue in Methuen, MA, on a felony criminal liability for the conduct of another charge. He's accused of aiding Elisha Adair, who is accused of stealing a television from Walmart in Hudson on April 11. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2009.

Nicholas Cantin, 39, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense charges, both felonies, on Nov. 4 in Nashua.

Nicole Capone, 34, of Arlington Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Aug. 23 in Merrimack.

Zachary Clegg-Marrama, lower middle, 21, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felonious use of a firearm charge. He's accused of attempting to sell drug while armed and carrying more than $2,000 worth of cash in his jacket pocket on Sept. 10.

Bradley Cole, upper left, 29, of Main Street in Nashua, on a domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 15 in Nashua.

Richard Covino, upper right, 33, no fixed address, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 24. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug act charge in May in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Joseph Croft, lower left, 31, of Copper Hill Road in Hudson, on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine, on Sept. 16 in Hudson.
