Manchester Man Indicted On Meth Sale, Other Charges: Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Melissa A. Boucher, 36, of Pine Street in Manchester on two felony operate after certification as a habitual offender charges. She was accused of driving on Interstate 293 south in Manchester on March 13 and May 4 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

George Brea, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 11 in Manchester.

Troy Burpee, 48, of Martin Street in Manchester on illegal possession of meth with intent to sell, illegal possession of diazepam, illegal possession of crack cocaine, illegal possession of clonazepam, illegal possession of lorazepam, and illegal possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Dec. 28, 2023, in Manchester.

Franklin Cafmeyer, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Nov. 15, 2023, in Manchester.

Michael Douglas Caldwell, 34, of Beech Street in Manchester on illegal possession of crack cocaine on April 25 in Manchester and two illegal possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Jan. 10 and Jan. 17 in Manchester.

Krystal Campbell, 39, of Plummer Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl-heroin charges, both felonies, on Aug. 20, 2023, in Manchester.

James Cassidy, 62, of Grandview Road in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence, illegal possession of crack cocaine and two illegal possession of fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and removing a baggie from his person on April 10 in Manchester.

Cody Cecere, 32, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling another person on April 27 in Manchester.

Donna Clement, 28, of Congress Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. She worked with James Odam, Anthony Clark, and Desarae Roy, to injure and attack another person in Manchester on Jan. 1, according to the indictment.

Brandon Couturier, 21, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of threatening to kill another person while holding an object on Jan. 1 in Manchester.

Jonathan Cruz, 38, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Manchester on Feb. 25.

Devin Curran, 38, of Rock Haven Court in Reading, Pennsylvania, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants. He was accused of attempting to get a woman to drop a domestic violence order on March 2 in Manchester.
