Manchester Felon Indicted On Shooting, Gun, Conduct Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Milford man indicted on theft charges; Hillsboro felon accused of possessing gun in Deering; Weare man faces stalking, arson charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Danielle Fabrizio, 43, of Donald Drive in Goffstown on possession of fentanyl and possession of clonazepam charges, both felonies, in Manchester on Nov. 19, 2022.

Kyle Gilpatric, 25, of Prescott Street in Manchester on three felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of brandishing a knife and yelling at three people on Jan. 9 in Manchester.

Levi Glum, 22, of Auburn Street in Manchester on attempted first-degree assault, reckless conduct, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun at an occupied vehicle in the area of the Dollar Deluxe store on Oct. 7, 2022, in Manchester. Brandon Gomez, 37, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force during a theft incident on April 14, 2021, in Manchester.

Steven T. Gray, 62, of Henniker Street in Hillsboro on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge — a 30-30 lever action firearm on Dec. 4, 2022, in Deering.

Richard Gurley, 27, of Elm Street in Milford on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Rite Aid on Mammoth Road in Manchester on June 13, 2020, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Dwayne H. Hawkins, 58, of Cleveland Street in Manchester on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with police in Manchester between June 10 and July 28, 2022. He was also convicted on a duty to inform charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in October 2011.

Aaron Hodgdon, 26, of Upper Craney Hill Road in Weare on stalking, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and arson charges. On Dec. 3, 2022, in Manchester, he was accused of entering the home of a protected party, pouring gas into the bed of a pickup truck, and lighting it on fire.

Brian Horn, 48, of Lower Broadway in Schenectady, New York, on forgery and ID fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another person and providing an altered check to obtain $1,985 from Citizens Bank in Goffstown on Jan. 13.

Matthew Howe, 26, of Matthews Court in Braintree, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Mont Vernon on Oct. 30, 2022.
