Manchester Man, With Priors, Indicted On 7 Rape, Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Woman accused of striking victim in the face with a glass bowl; teen faces robbery charges; child assault indictment; Goffstown bike theft.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Neil Chicoine, 37, of Amherst Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Elm Street in Manchester while high on drugs and causing a collision with injury on March 26.

Alexandria Clarke, 38, of Prospect Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. She was accused of striking another person in the face with a glass bowl causing a laceration on May 28 in Manchester.

Sandra Cobbett, 42, of Kimball Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was accused of striking two children, including using a mop, on Feb. 28 in Manchester, causing bodily injuries and a concussion to one of the children.

Nicole Colon, 47, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on theft by unauthorized taking, possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, and two burglary charges, all felonies. She was accused of burglarizing Yankee Lanes Bowling on Maple Street in Manchester on Jan. 17 and a building on Elm Street in Manchester on Dec. 31, 2022. The drug charges were from an incident on May 8 in Manchester.

Craig Conti, 37, of Wilson Street in Manchester on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of swerving a vehicle onto the sidewalk to strike an intimate partner on May 16 in Manchester.

Desmel Cooper, 40, of Manchester on a felony assault by prisoners charge on June 25.

James Cranshaw, 39, of Riddle Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, accused of stealing a bicycle in Goffstown on Sept. 6, 2022.

Wellington De La Cruz Montero, 22, of Auburn Street in Manchester on seven felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting a woman in Manchester on Jan. 9.

Jamil Delorey, 18, of Putnam Street in Manchester on robbery, aiding and abetting robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of working with others to commit robbery with a firearm on June 1 in Manchester.
