Manchester Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges In Epsom: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Downtown Concord biker brawl shooting indictment issued; Franklin man indicted on knife threat charges; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Damian P. Cunningham, 18, of Fairview Road in Pittsfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 23 in Pittsfield.

Tiara L. Cyr-Cullinane, 31, of Raybrook Road in Hooksett on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on Nov. 26, 2021, in Allenstown.

Marcel Daigle, 53, of North Main Street in Boscawen on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 18 in Bow.

Sinisa Danicic, 55, of Franklin Street in Franklin on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of charging and swinging at another person with a kitchen knife, claiming he would cut his throat on Sept. 27 in Franklin.

Aaryn K. Demers, 46, of Sanborn Road in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, lorazepam and amphetamine, charges, on Aug. 20 in Concord.

Wellington De La Cruz Montero, 23, of Auburn Street in Manchester on two felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a girl under 16 but over 13 with an age difference of more than four years on March 6 in Epsom.

Warren L. Doucette, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Oct. 15 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, according to the indictment, Doucette was convicted on a habitual offender charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in August.

Thomas Drake, 31, of NH Route N in New Hampton on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Feb. 23 in Franklin after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jeremy P. Ducharme, 40, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun on Park Street in Concord on April 10, potentially placing others in danger. Matthew J. Escamilla, 34, of Salvail Court in Nashua on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against a woman during a theft incident in Hooksett on March 31.
