Manchester Men, With Priors, Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Newell Bailey, 76, of River Road in Weare on incest, felonious sexual assault, endangering the welfare of children, tampering with witnesses and informants, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies, and a simple assault charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a child on Sept. 1, 2022, in Weare and attempting to tell her not to talk about it.

Courtney Barrett, 51, of Auburn Street in Manchester on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges between May 28 and June 8, 2022, in Manchester.

Walter Barss, 58, of Tucker Mill Road in New Boston on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman on Aug. 20, 2022, in New Boston.

Adam Baublitz, 34, a homeless man now located in Manchester on two counts of possession of fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on Sept. 21, 2022, in Manchester.

Richard Berlinguette, 68, of Parker Avenue in Manchester on sale of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and possession of oxycodone, all felonies, on Aug. 16 and Sept. 13, 2022, in Manchester.

Dylan Bickford, 25, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force when stealing a cell phone on July 29, 2022, in Manchester.

Megan Burke, 33, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of punching another purchase in the chest while fleeing Market Basket in Manchester with stolen merchandise on Oct. 15, 2022.

Denis Camdzic, 35, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking an intimate partner with a motor vehicle on Oct. 7, 2022, in Manchester.

Osvaldo Cancela, 37, of Silver Street in Manchester on criminal threatening and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a knife, holding it to their chest, on June 26, 2021, in Manchester.

Marc J. Cincotta, 63, of Manchester Street in Manchester on first-degree assault, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking a person in the face with a tire iron and possessing a tire iron and crossbow on Oct. 7, 2022, in Manchester. Cincotta was previously convicted on a first-degree assault charge in Strafford Superior Court in December 1987.
