Massachusetts Migrant Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Georgia man indicted on kidnapping charge; ME woman indicted in Bedford ID fraud, forgery case; Goffstown felon indicted on threat charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Charles Pace, 37, of Boone Court in Stone Mountain, Georgia, on kidnapping and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of terrorizing an intimate partner by driving recklessly while they were in the trunk of the vehicle on May 20 in Manchester.
Matthew Parsons, 29, of Danis Park Road in Goffstown on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a knife and saying, “I’m going to stick you,” or words to the effect on Feb. 11 in Manchester. Parsons is a felon due to a criminal threatening-deadly weapon conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in 2018.

James J. Peretti III, 49, of Meetinghouse Road in Merrimack on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of padding another employee’s hours at the Foundry Restaurant in Manchester between Feb. 7, 2020, and Dec. 7, 2021.
Patrick Piverger, 46, of Pleasant Street in Lincoln, Rhode Island, on a felony illegal possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to sell charge on April 1 in Manchester.

Jennifer Poirier, 39, of Fruit Street in Bangor, Maine, on forgery, identity fraud, and issuing bad checks-$1,501-plus charges, all felonies. She uttered a $3,500 check on an Eastern Bank account in Bedford owned by another person and using a second person’s identification while cashing the check on Jan. 30, according to the indictments.
Craig Proulx, 50, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-meth, conspiracy-sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-meth, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent offense-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent offense-meth, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent offense-cocaine charges, all felonies. He sold the drugs while acting in concert with Valerie Metz on March 13, March 27, and April 2 in Manchester.
Angel Rivera-Laureano, 59, with a last known address of Chelmsford Street in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a child between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31, 2023, in Manchester. Michael Rodriguez, 23, of Columbus Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of contacting a protective party on Jan. 29 in Manchester after previously being convicted on a stalking charge in Concord District Court in November 2023.
Jacob Russell, 23, of Terry Drive in Pembroke on a felony criminal trespass charge. He was accused of entering a Spruce Street building in Manchester on March 23 after previously being convicted of criminal trespass and causing more than $1,500 damage to a couch by defecting on it.
Ryan Sanborn, 38, of Main Street in Manchester on a felony illegal sale of a controlled drug; subsequent offense-cocaine on Jan. 2 in Manchester.
Hakeem Shepherd, 36, of Third Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening-firearm charge. He was accused of firing a gun in the air in Manchester on Nov. 20, 2023, during an argument with another person.
