Concord Man Arrested On 4th Habitual Offender Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brieanna E. Hopkins, born 1987, of Hillsborough received a summons at 10:51 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2020, on an operating without a valid license charge on Loudon Road.

Dhana P. Bastola, born 1989, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on Oct. 26 on felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Matthew Gourlay, 38, of Concord was arrested at 9:41 a.m. on Oct. 26 on felony operate after certified as habitual offender, driving while intoxicated, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested on Hall Street. Gourlay was arrested on a habitual offender charge in September twice in Concord and in Epsom in July. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 19, 2021.

Steven Murphy, 33, of Concord was arrested at 6:44 a.m. on Oct. 26 on a fake sales receipt UPC code 5+ charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. He is due in superior court for arraignment on Jan. 7, 2021.

Craig A. Greenman, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Oct. 26 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested on Broadway.

Cody Wayne Connell, 28, of Concord was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on Oct. 25 on driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested on Manchester Street. Connell is due in superior court Jan. 21, 2021, for arraignment.

Michelle Alvarez Aviles, born 1994 of Concord was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a bench warrant as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Alice Drive.

Christian Morales, born 1991, of Pembroke was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a warrant after an incident at Royal Gardens apartments.

Krystal M. Bureau, 34, of Nashua was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge due to two prior convictions after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She was convicted on several drug charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June 2017 as well as other cases. Bureau is due back in superior court on Jan. 14, 2021.

Michelle R. Paige, 28, of Nashua was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge due to two prior convictions after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She was previously convicted on a theft charge in Hudson in July 2019. Paige is due back in court for arraignment on Jan. 14, 2021.

Demetrio A. Chalston, born 1985, of Manchester was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on Oct. 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on North State Street near the Blossom Hill Cemetery.
