Concord Convict Faces More Burglary, Conspiracy Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Dannel Hopkins, year of birth 1990, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief-vandalism. Hopkins was arrested after an alleged incident in the State and Warren streets area of the city.

Taylor J. Carpentier, YOB 1994, of Shaw Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and a warrant. He was arrested at the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.

Jean L. Beaulieu, YOB 1971, currently incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for four counts of felony burglary and four counts of conspiracy to commit after alleged incidents on Broad Cove Drive, Elm Street, Willard Street, and Mountain Road.

Ryan Brouillard, YOB 1983, of West Bow Street in Franklin, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident on Manchester Street.

Christopher E. Holland, YOB 1996, of Myrtle Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2016, for second-degree assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on East Side Drive.

Matthew C. Bowman, YOB 1985, of Broad Street in Claremont, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle/rental property after an alleged incident against Taylor Rental on South Main Street.

Steward E. Morris, YOB 1955, of Skyline Drive in Concord, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident at the McKenna House in South Fruit Street.
