Man Indicted for Allegedly Threatening to Shoot Cops: Roundup
Plus, Concord sex offender, alleged Laconia, Loudon drug dealers, alleged Mass. unemployment fraudster, and reported burglar all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Derek Perry, 46, of Ledge Road in North Chelmsford, MA, for theft by deception and unemployment compensation fraud, both felonies. Between July and October 2014, he allegedly failed to disclose employment where he was paid more than $2,500.

Alexis S. Banks, 20, of Newport, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Feb. 24, 2017, in Concord.
Randy Barton, 47, pictured lower right, of Loudon, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug- methamphetamine, and two counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident in Concord on Feb. 17, 2017, where he was allegedly in possession of the drugs at police headquarters after being released on bail in December 2016, on a drug dealing charge as well as an incident on Sept. 1, 2016, at the Hampton Inn parking lot in Bow where he allegedly sold meth to an undercover police officer while being out on bail from August 2016, on a drug dealing charge.

Jean Beaulieu, 46, pictured lower center, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on four felony counts of accomplice to burglary. In October 2016, he allegedly worked in concert with Tyler Payne to burglarize homes on Broad Cover Road, Elm Street, Mountain Road, and Willard Street in Concord and Penacook.
Shaine Beaulieu, 23, pictured lower left, of Union Avenue in Laconia, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin. On June 9, 2016, allegedly working in concert with Kimmel Norwood, he sold the drugs on Christian Avenue in Concord, according to the indictment.
Alexander Bell, 42, of Prospect Street in Franklin, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on Jan. 17, 2017, in Franklin.
Jonathan E. Benedict, 31, pictured upper center, of Prescott Street in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Feb. 28, 2017, in Concord.
Kristina Blake, 26, of Elm Street in Northfield, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine as well as resisting arrest. On Oct. 20, 2016, in Boscawen, she was allegedly in possession of the drug and pulled away from officers when they tried to arrest her.
Krystal Blow, 31, of Walnut Street in Manchester, for possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine and willful concealment. On Feb. 23, 2017, in Hooksett, she allegedly stole items from Target and was in possession of drugs at the time of her arrest, according to police.
Ryan Brouillard, 33, pictured upper left, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for habitual offender, two counts of criminal threatening, two counts of reckless conduct, and convicted felons, all felonies, as well as four counts of resisting arrest or detention. On Dec. 28, 2016, in Franklin, he allegedly fired a gun in the presence of others, fled the scene in a vehicle even though he was previously deemed a habitual offender, threatened to “shoot the police and I am going to kill anyone that tries to arrest me,” and was in possession of a gun after being convicted of a felony in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2012.
