Accused Drug Dealers, Burglars, Others Indicted In Court: Roundup
Plus: Northfield man accused of stabbing intimate partner; Pembroke man indicted on welfare fraud charge; and Concord thief indicted again.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Alfred G. Derosa, 41, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on first-degree assault and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He is accused of stabbing a woman, an intimate partner, in the abdomen on Dec. 18, 2018, in Northfield.
Iliana Nunez, 46, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, on acts prohibited-fentanyl, more than 5 grams, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-fentanyl charges on March 14, 2019, in Concord.

Shane Demers, 29, pictured upper right, of Middle Street in Pembroke, on a felony welfare fraud charge. He's accused of misrepresenting household income between October 2014, and July 2017.
Lawrence Eldridge, 57, upper center, of Clinton Street in Concord, on a felony escape charge. On June 26, 2018, he is accused of failing to return to the North End Halfway House in Concord.

Eric D. Lassonde, 27, lower center right, homeless, on a felony sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug. On Feb. 23, he's accused of selling a substance reported to be heroin on Broadway in Concord.
Charles A. Maynard Jr., 42, homeless, on a felony self-defense weapon; possession by felon-stun gun charge on July 10, in Concord. He was previously convicted of second-degree assault in Grafton County Superior Court.
Courtney McHenry, 38, lower right, of Birchwood Drive in Taunton, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges, from incidents in on Nov. 18, and Dec. 8, 2018, in Hooksett.
Timothy Benwell, 28, lower center left, of Cedar Court in Franklin, on two felony robbery charges after incidents at Shop Express and Cumberland Farms in Franklin on Feb. 24.
Corey D. McKay, 40, upper left, homeless, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl on April 3, in Concord.
Theresa McLaren, 40, of Perimeter Road in Concord, on felony assaults by prisoners charge. On May 15, she's accused of kicking a corrections lieutenant in the knee at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.
Nicholas Meattey, 20, of Ridgeview Road in Weare, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on May 17, in Henniker.
Arielle Milbury, 32, lower left, homeless, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Hall Street in Concord on April 4. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in February 2012.
