Franklin Man Indicted For Injuring Police K-9: Court Roundup
Plus: Massachusetts man indicted on riot, accomplice to second-degree assault charges; stolen vehicle, drug indictments in Merrimack County.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Larisa N. Day, 31, homeless, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She's accused of taking control of a Jeep Liberty on North State Street in Concord on Aug. 29, 2019.
Scott Davis, 39, of Rattlesnake Road in Auburn, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Aug. 31 in Hooksett.

Cory Decato, pictured lower middle, 35, of Walker Brook Road in Danbury, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth and fentanyl charge on Feb. 27 on Range Road in Franklin. At the time, he was previously convicted of controlled drugs possession in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2013.
Stephen P. Denault, upper right, 32, homeless, on burglary and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing 1 Eagle Square in Concord on Aug. 31. On Sept. 24, he's accused of retaining a Ford F150 pickup truck on Chenell Drive in Concord.

Christopher Derosa, 20, of Abbott Road in Billerica, Massachusetts, on accomplice to second-degree assault and riot charges, both felonies. He's accused of physically forcing a man down to the ground, repeatedly striking him in the face, causing damage to his eye, on May 12 in Henniker. The indictment alleged that Malik Settles, Najee Hall, and Ryan Pro were also all involved in the incident.
James D. Dobson, 31, homeless, on felony counts of possession of fentanyl and possession buprenorphine on Sept. 6 in Concord.
Dale A. Dubois, 59, of Harrison Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge on Sept. 21 on Dover Road in Epsom.
Stephanie J. Dupont, lower right, 35, of Bradley Street in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing merchandise from CVS in Concord on Sept. 10. Twice before, according to the indictment, she's been convicted of theft.
Sean Efthimiou, 38, of Smith Hill Road in Franklin, on a felony maiming or causing the death of or willful interference with police dogs or horses charge – kicking K-9 Falco of the Franklin Police Department in the head multiple times on Oct. 24.
Cheryl E. Elliott, lower left, 60, of West Road in Canterbury, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on Oct. 5.
Kenneth England, 39, of West Main Street in Littleton, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-fentanyl, crack cocaine on July 27 in Concord.
