Concord Man Arrested On Drug Sale, Possession Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert W. Clark, born 1988, homeless, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2019, on a bench warrant. He was arrested by the railroad tracks under Water Street.

Craig S. Kenyon, born 1963, homeless, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Sept. 23, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on the railroad tracks along Storrs Street.

Abhas Joshi, born 1993, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:31 a.m. on Sept. 22, on DUI and conduct after an accident with property damage on Warren Street near Concord High School.

Frank P. Magistro, born 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Sept. 22, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Pierce Makuen Osgood, born 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Sept. 22, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. She was arrested after a reported incident in the area of Concord High School.

Kenneth James Jensen, born 1955, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 22, on simple assault, false imprisonment, disorderly conduct, and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident in the Penacook Square area of the city.

Jonathan K. Glidden, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on Sept. 21, on possession of fentanyl, two possession of methamphetamine, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a warrant, and two counts of sale of a controlled drug. The drug sale charges stem from an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive; the resisting charge occurred on Thorndike Street; and the possession charges stem from incidents on Warren Street and the U.S. Cellular store on Loudon Road.

Rachel E. Carter, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Sept. 21, on two stalking charges after incidents in the Gully Hill and Old Turnpike Road areas of the city.
