Aristarque Manzombi-Bongambe, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Sept. 6, on a criminal mischief charges at the Eye Center of Concord on Pillsbury Street.

Marjorie Blaisdell, 39, homeless, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on Sept. 6, on two receiving stolen property, four theft by deception-less than $1,000, and four credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. According to an affidavit, an officer was requested to Concord Hospital to investigate a credit card fraud case involving a woman and fraudulent transactions on her debit and credit cards on April 8. The woman stated that the last time she saw her wallet was returning home after a trip. She regularly leaves her wallet in her vehicle but locks the vehicle, she said. However, the next day, she was unable to find her wallet. A few hours later, she began getting notifications about pending purchases at stores in Concord via four cards, about $1,300 worth of charges. The woman froze her accounts and called police. The reporting officer started working the case and began at Walmart on Loudon Road. Loss prevention at the store traced back a transaction to security footage of a female suspect and a male counterpart. The officer showed a picture of the pair to the victim but she didn't recognize them. The officer shared the security footage with other officers and a detective recognized the woman as Blaisdell, according to an affidavit. The officer searched information about Blaisdell and found that she was arrested on April 29, on a parole violation and was at the state prison for women. Other stores, including Market Basket and Marshalls, also provided footage. On June 1, the officer met with Blaisdell and she claimed a man gave her the cards and told her to use them, claiming it was a friend's cards. She added that the man "made threats" to her and she knew he had access to firearms (the man has not been identified since he has yet to be charged). An affidavit was issued on Aug. 27, and she was charged on Sept. 6.

Tyler Thomason, born 1982, of North Hampton, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.
