Alleged Barnstead And New Boston Drug Dealers Indicted

Alleged Northfield strangler indicted, Hooksett man, Danbury woman indicted on drug charge, Manchester man indicted after Franklin assault.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2017.

Christopher L. Ainsley, 34, of Pinehurst Street in Concord, for felony falsifying physical evidence for allegedly deleting a FaceTime call from his call log entry of his cellphone on Sept. 21, 2017, believing that an investigation was pending.

Thomas W. Allaire, 37, of Keasor Road in Northfield, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling a man on April 17, 2017, in Northfield.

Jessica Allen, 35, lower left, of Route 104 in Danbury, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on June 13, 2017, on Route 104 in Danbury.

Bryce P. Balch, 20, of Montgomery Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly fracturing the left orbital bone of a woman on May 26, 2017, in Franklin.

Justin Belair, 24, lower right, of Rex Drive in Concord, for change of registration/duty to inform and duty to report, both felonies. On July 25, 2017, he allegedly failed to notify Concord Police of his employment status and his place of residence. Belair was convicted of felonious sexual assault in September 2013, in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Ruddy Bello, 42, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam allegedly on Sept. 28, 2017, in Hooksett.

Rebekah Berry, 22, of Pines Road in Barnstead, for attempted sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit, both felonies. On Aug. 23, 2017, she allegedly met an undercover police officer at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road for a pre-arranged drug deal, took the officer’s money, and never returned.

Chad Blanchette, 21, of Bedford Road in New Boston, for possession of a controlled drug-LSD and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute allegedly on Aug. 13, 2017, on I-93 in Bow.
