Alleged Concord, Allenstown Drug Dealers Indicted: Roundup
Insurance employee from Canterbury allegedly makes off with deposit, alleged Franklin welfare fraudster, convicted burglar, others indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Kimberly Tacy, 39, of Blue Boar Lane in Canterbury, for theft by misapplication or property, a felony. Between March 2015 and January 2016, she allegedly obtained property from Pittsfield Insurance Agency valued at more than $1,500 and failed to deposit or make payments toward the insurance policies of customers.

Gary Thayer, 30, pictured upper left, of Buddy Street in Hooksett, for burglary. On July 10, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Tucker Hill Road in Dunbarton.
Mariah Troughton, 24, of Thompson Road in Pittsfield, for unlawful possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on July 4, 2016, in Epsom.

William Tzimopoulos, 22, of Harrison Street in Manchester, for felony fraudulent use of a credit card. Between December 2015 and February 2016, he allegedly used a Citizens Bank credit card belonging to a relative to run up more than $1,500 worth of items at Walmart in Hooksett.
Isaac Valk, 21, of South Street in Concord, for sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Psilocin, Clonazepam, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Aug. 18, and Sept. 1, 2016, at his home.
Joshua Davis, 35, pictured upper right, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony, for allegedly carrying a folding knife in Concord on May 23, 2016. He was convicted of burglary in April 2014.
Meghan Conway, 32, of Kelley Pond Road in New Hampton, on two counts of delivery of articles to a prisoner and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl. On July 9, and July 11, 2016, she allegedly brought fentanyl to the Merrimack County House of Corrections to delivery to inmates. She was convicted of a controlled drug act in Belknap County in October 2012.
Jason Clairmont, 39, pictured lower right, of Ormond Street in Concord and Derry, on two counts of second-degree assault. On June 24, 2016, he allegedly caused facial bone fractures and a left supracondylar fracture on another man.
Joseph Cempellin, 33, of Englewood Drive in Allenstown, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute and attempted manufacture of a controlled drug-marijuana, both felonies, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On April 4, 2016, he allegedly set up a growing operation in his home. On Nov. 4, 2016, he was arrested on the possession charges.
Melynda Cate, 30, of Franklin Street in Franklin, for felony prohibited acts-welfare fraud. Between September 2013 and March 2016 she allegedly used false means to obtain more than $1,000 in childcare assistance and food stamp benefits by lying on submissions that the father of one of her children was not a member of her household.
Jonathan Cappucci, 22, pictured lower left, of Graham Road in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on June 28, 2016, while on I-93 in Hooksett. Cappucci was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court in May 2015.
