Alleged Meth Dealers and Manufacturers, Counterfeiters, Others Indicted: Court

A Concord habitual offender, Pittsfield woman allegedly with drugs, and a homeless man indicted for a knife threat and stealing Twisted Tea.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Cea Drew, 39, pictured upper left, of Cram Avenue in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine and operating after suspension. Drew was allegedly caught driving on Dover Road in Epsom on May 18, 2016, and was convicted of operating after revocation or suspension in Concord District Court in December 2008.

Ryan Ehrgott, 33, of Broad Cove Drive in Concord, for felony operating while deemed a habitual offender, allegedly on Sept. 29, 2016, in Concord.

Felisha Dion, 28, pictured upper right, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, for two counts of forgery and a single count of possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine, all felonies. She alleged uttered a counterfeit federal reserve note at the Cumberland Farms on Central Street in Franklin, the Solar Nails shop in Franklin on May 18, 2016. On April 18, 2016, while on South Main Street in Concord, she was allegedly in possession of the drug.

Joshua Davis, 35, pictured upper center, a homeless man now located in Concord, for theft by unauthorized taking and criminal threatening, both felonies, criminal mischief and breach of bail conditions. On May 14, 2016, he allegedly stole an 18-pack of Twisted Tea from the Market Basket in Concord. He has previously been convicted of theft in August and September 2013 in Concord District Court. On May 23, he allegedly violated the terms of his bail after getting arrested for criminal mischief – reportedly kicking in the front door of an apartment on Thorndike Street. Also on that day, he allegedly threatened another person, “by holding an open knife” while stating, “I’m going to shank you,” according to the indictment.

Meredith Bresaw, 35, pictured lower right, of Upper Straw Road in Hopkinton, for manufacture of methamphetamine, prohibited conduct-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug- methamphetamine, forgery, and conspiracy to commit identity fraud. On July 1, 2016, on Perley Street in Concord, she allegedly in concert with and aided by James Mott, manufactured the drug by using the “one pot method, while children were in the home. On the same day, she allegedly acted to defraud using phony currency. On July 17, Bresaw allegedly assisted Mott and Michael Gruette in using the personal information of a deceased man to apply for a credit card to get Mott out of jail, according to the indictment.

Donald Boulanger, 66, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two counts of felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, heroin, allegedly on July 28, 2016, in Concord.

Jonathan E. Benedict, 31, pictured lower center, of Prescott Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, resisting arrest or detention, and disobeying an officer. On Aug. 21, 2016, in Concord, he allegedly neglected to stop his vehicle and interfered with a New Hampshire Fish & Game Department officer.

Kayla Austin, 20, pictured lower left, with a last known address of Tremont Street in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, with intent to distribute, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, allegedly on Aug. 1, 2016, on Penacook Street in Penacook.
