Alleged Meth Dealers, Others Indicted in Merrimack Superior Court
Woman who allegedly lied about being pregnant indicted on welfare fraud plus alleged Hooksett strangler, Florida sex offender also indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jessica Houle, 26, pictured upper left, of Weatherfield Drive in Northfield, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 23, 2016, in the area of Hall Street.
Sara Hyland, 37, of Graham Road in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on April 14, 2017, in Hooksett.

Kris Jawidzik, 43, of Dartmouth Street in Hooksett, for felony second-degree assault. On Jan. 30, 2017, in Hooksett, Jawidzik allegedly strangled another person.

Jennifer Jones, 33, pictured lower left, of Allenstown, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and two counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. On Dec. 6, 2016, allegedly acting in concert with Timothy Miller, she sold meth in the Walmart parking lot on Loudon Road. On Feb. 23, 2017, she allegedly stole meth on East Side Drive in Concord while she was still out on bail from the previous charge.
James Karr, 29, pictured upper center right, of North Main Street in Franklin, on two felony counts of duty to report. According to the indictment, in June 2015, he was convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior in Clearwater FL Circuit Court and needed to inform Franklin Police of his presence when he was temporarily residing in his vehicle in February 2017.
Brittney Kearney, 28, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia, for receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on March 22, 2017, in Franklin.
John Letendre, 28, pictured upper left center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. Letendre, on Dc. 9, 2016, in Concord, allegedly agreed with Derek Maltais and other unknown or unindicted individuals to sell meth to an undercover officer and a cooperating individual on Hall Street.
Angel Loisel, 29, of Plains Court in Franklin, on two felony counts of welfare fraud. Between June 2011 and October 2013, she allegedly obtained food stamps and medical benefits she was not entitled to by intentionally misrepresenting that she was pregnant when she was not and falsely reported that the father of a child was not living with her when he was.
Derek Maltais, 33, pictured lower left center, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. The possession charge allegedly occurred on March 6, 2017, in Bow, while at the Hampton Inn. The drug dealing charges allegedly occurred on Hall and Storrs streets on Dec. 9, Dec. 22, and Dec. 30, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, Maltais was convicted of possession with intent to distribute in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2008.
