Boscawen Man Arrested On Burglary Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Derek J. Jerez, year of birth 1990, was arrested at 5:13 a.m. on Sept. 15, 2017, on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Fisherville Road near the Newell Post.

Brandon Dumont, year of birth 1981, of Glass Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on Sept. 15, 2017, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident at McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Stephen C. Hall, year of birth 1991, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Sept. 12, 2017, for burglary. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Tanner Street in Penacook. Sean Gouthier, year of birth 1992, of Castle Drive in Milan, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2017, for violation of a protective order. According to a court affidavit, on Sept. 10, a woman reported to police that her ex had allegedly contacted her through “numerous” text messages. The officer looked at the woman’s cellphone and “observed many messages” from Gouthier, according to the affidavit. The message was from Sept. 8. The woman alleged that she received the messages while in Concord and was filing the complaint after speaking to her attorney. The officer reportedly called Gouthier to confirm his name, phone number, and whether or not he sent the text messages. Gouthier allegedly admitted to texting the woman because he thought the protective order was lifted as of Aug. 14. The officer checked a protective order, noted that it was still active, and filed a warrant against Gouthier.

Chelsea A. Carpentier, year of birth 1991, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after an alleged incident on Hall Street.

Peter K. Nightingale II, year of birth 1992, of Lemay Road in Salem, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on Sept. 6, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.

Kristen L. Macre, year of birth 1991, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1028 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. The charges stem from an alleged incident at in the Broken Ground area of the city.

Rory C. Labbe, year of birth 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Hall Street near Speedway.
